Most memorable riding moment?
Competing at the Australian International 3 Day Event in 2015 in the CCI2*. Thomas (‘The Investigator’) did one of his best dressage tests, went clear and under time cross country, just adding 8 penalties in the showjumping to his dressage score to finish 17th overall and 5th in the young riders.
What would be your daily routine?
I am currently living and working at Sandhills with Prue and Craig Barrett. I usually feed my horses at 7:30am and then work my two horses either jumping or on the flat. I then ride 1 or 2 of their horses, help with getting horses, hosing them after work and putting them away and lunging horses. Then I feed Prue and Craig’s horses at around 4:00pm which takes about an hour, then feed my horses.
What would you say to inspire any young or old riders?
Perseverance and determination are key, along with a smile.
What type of services do you provide?
Currently have no services, but am hoping to complete my level 1 equestrian coaching this year.
Goals for 2017:
This year my goals have changed a bit due to Thomas (The Investigator) being out with injury. On Bradgate Park Priscilla I aim to successfully compete at 1* level and on Somersby Belle I aim to successfully compete at EvA105 level.
Their wide range of products and services. The ability to be able to have a saddle fitted to your horse at your own property. Being able to bring in rug and saddlery repairs to the shop to be fixed.
Which product or products do you like most at Trailrace?
Equipe. I ride in a Viktoria dressage saddle and Performance jumping saddle which are both amazing to ride in on both horses who are both quite different builds. My Cavalleria Toscana jacket, dressage tails and jodhpurs are also really comfortable to ride in at competitions.
